Hi there!

I’m Khrystyna, an award winning multimedia artist living in the heart of Pocono mountains! I have a BFA in Fine Art from the George Washington University and 13 years of teaching experience. My art is inspired by nature in all of its forms and beauty, from mountains to flowers, birds and fleeting moments of atmospheric warmth of sunlight. But most of all I love making learning to draw and paint easy for others, I never stop learning and looking for new inspirations myself and that’s what keeps me going and motivated to help others improve their skills too because possibilities are endless if you stay open minded. At art fairs I often get asked if I teach and how they can join my classes so I decided to streamline the process and now start offering one-on-one personalized sessions for anyone interested!

Q & A:

–Who is this for?

Anyone! Kids, teens, adults, seniors, middle-life crisis survivors, bring your dogs and cats to the sceens too! Literally anyone who’s interested in learning to draw and paint and enjoying the therapy of art making.

– Do I have to have any previous art experience?

No previous art experience is needed, we can start from the very beginning and build a learning structure that works for you.

– Why personalized classes and not group workshops?

While I do teach group classes and enjoy them, they are limited in terms of personal experience. One-on-one sessions help you focus on what you need to improve the most, ask questions and get feedback along the way, work on the subjects that you enjoy like specific flowers or landscapes and you can even provide your own reference pictures that you want me to help you paint.

Do I need a lot of art supplies to start?

No! I always like to start with the accessible basics and go from there. Your supply list will depend on your area of interest and I will always recommend the nesessary base and some optional extras as well as alternatives. You can also list what you have and we will try to work with that as much as possible.

– How do I reach out and book?

After selecting your session choice on my website (singe or a pack of 3) and submitting your payment I will reach out to you via email with a few questions to ask about what you would like to learn, what medium you want to use and whether you have any experience, art supplies, etc. You are welcome to ask me any questions via email too! After we set the date and time that works for both of us I will send you a Zoom link, any needed information, my recommended supply list (the things I will be using) and a reference image if needed.
